Property Manager
Run an established 102-property Ipswich portfolio with a clear six-month wage review and a plan to grow it to 150 with an assistant behind you.
The role
An Ipswich-based portfolio of 102 properties, run properly. You take ownership of the day-to-day: landlords, tenants, maintenance, arrears, renewals and compliance. Leasing is not the focus of this seat.
There is a plan attached to the role. Six months in, your wage is reviewed. The goal from there is to grow the portfolio to 150 properties, at which point an assistant is added behind you.
What you'll bring
- Some portfolio management experience. Leasing-only backgrounds are not what this office needs.
- A current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate and a driver's licence.
- Organised, calm with landlords, and able to prioritise without being told.
What's on offer
- $70k–$75k + super to start, sized to experience.
- A wage review at six months, on a written plan.
- A growth path: 150 properties and an assistant, not a bigger workload on the same pay.
