Property Manager
A rare Property Management seat at Place Woolloongabba: no leasing, almost no routines, no weekends, and a portfolio sized to you.
The role
This is a rare Property Management role for someone who wants to actually manage a portfolio rather than chase leasing, routine inspections and weekend work. Place Woolloongabba runs a dedicated leasing team, a field services team that covers routines, and admin support behind you, so the job is relationship management and problem solving, not running yourself into the ground.
You'll work Monday to Friday on PropertyMe with clear, documented workflows, mentored by a team named Place Property Management Team of the Year.
- Effectively managing a residential portfolio of 100 to 160 properties, sized to your experience.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants, and holding those relationships.
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs, keeping properties well maintained and tenant-ready.
- Managing arrears, lease renewals, rent reviews and bond matters through to resolution.
- Preparing tenancy agreements and keeping records accurate in PropertyMe.
- Staying current with Queensland tenancy legislation and industry best practice.
What's on offer
- Clean split of duties. No leasing at all: a dedicated leasing team handles applications, viewings and new tenancies.
- Almost no routine inspections. A field services team covers them, which keeps you off the road and at your desk.
- No weekends. Monday to Friday, genuinely.
- Dedicated administration support, so the paperwork does not quietly become your second job.
- A portfolio of 100 to 160 properties, sized to your experience rather than simply handed over as it stands.
- $70k to $95k plus super, sized to experience, with generous commissions on top.
- PropertyMe and clear workflows the whole team actually follows.
- Mentoring from experienced Property Managers in a Place PM Team of the Year office, plus Wellness Thursdays.
What you'll bring
- A minimum of 12 months in leasing, property management or real estate administration.
- A current QLD Sales Registration Certificate and a current driver's licence.
- High-level written and verbal communication. This is the team's number one priority.
- Highly organised and professional, with the judgement to prioritise without being told.
